Ownership

You own your stories and recordings. SundayPorch has a license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service - including transcription, illustration generation, clip creation, and book printing.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no book has been printed. Once a book has been printed and shipped, refunds are not available for the printing portion.

SMS/Messaging Program

Program name: SundayPorch Story Prompts

Description: When a family member adds a storyteller to SundayPorch, the storyteller may receive SMS messages containing story prompts, recording confirmations, and shareable clip notifications. Message frequency varies based on the family member's settings, typically 1-4 messages per month.
